CALMs is a family-owned Australian business proudly established on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. We provide high-quality, end-to-end cleaning, grounds care and facility services for households, businesses, facilities and institutions across the Coffs Coast, Mid North Coast and Greater Hunter regions.
Our business is built on genuine passion, practical experience and a commitment to doing things better. Our founder brings more than 18 years of personal experience across cleaning, grounds care and service innovation, while our crew contributes more than 48 years of collective industry knowledge and hands-on expertise.
We are not a generic service provider in a saturated industry. We continually challenge traditional methods, research improved techniques and develop innovative in-house solutions that help us deliver safer, more efficient and higher-quality outcomes for our clients. Where suitable solutions do not already exist, we work to create new methods, technologies and service processes ourselves—giving our clients access to a more thoughtful and forward-looking approach.
Quality also means caring about the environments in which we work. We actively consider the impact of our services, from reducing volatile substances inside buildings to help support better indoor air quality, through to minimising unnecessary noise outdoors so we can respect our clients, their staff, visitors and neighbours.
